The Role: Fibre Broadband Advisor (Field Based)
Do you have a passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people? We want you to join our field-based team and help us hit our ambitious customer acquisition targets in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.
You’ll be our ambassador, confident and professional, going door-to-door in communities we’ve connected to our lightning-fast fibre broadband network and advising residential customers of the benefits of joining our lightning fast network.
Don’t worry if you’re new to broadband – we provide full technical, product, and process training to ensure you’re set up for success.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Confident with Cold-Calling: Whether it’s knocking on doors, making outbound calls, or engaging with prospects over the phone, you’re comfortable reaching out and creating connections.
- Multi-Channel Prospecting: You excel at driving sales through a variety of methods – from hosting pop-up events to making calls and knocking on doors.
- Proven Sales Success: You’ve consistently met or exceeded sales KPIs in previous roles, and you're motivated by hitting ambitious targets.
- Relationship Builder: You know how to nurture existing customer relationships, turning inbound and outbound calls and emails into valuable sales opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
The Must Haves:
- Available for core working hours between Monday to Saturday 10:00 am until 8:00pm
- You have a clean driving licence and own (or have access to) a reliable car that you could use to travel to your sales area and undertake any travel in connection with the post
