The Role

Here at Freedom Fibre, we are currently expanding our team due to the rapid expansion of the Company. This has created an exciting new opportunity for a LoC and Wayleaves Coordinator to join the business.

You will be responsible for the managing of Land Registry data and reporting for the department. This will involve owning the relationship with key stakeholders within the business to ensure we are able to deliver our projects.

Responsibilities

• Downloading Land Registry documents that provide detailed ownership information for the wider business.
• Make use of Land Registry, planning authority and utility company websites to assist the field teams with site acquisitions and planning
• Managing the Wayleaves inbox and picking up Wayleave queries
• Highlighting priority Wayleaves that will have a direct impact on deliverables for the team
• Accurately complete and submit wayleave documents
• Collate and submit applications to external utility companies
• Proactively monitor and pursue outstanding information by phone or email
• Provide weekly status reports for tasks in progress
• Liaise with internal colleagues and external consultants.
• Update systems

Reporting To: Land Consents & Wayleave Manager

Experience & Personal Attributes

• Telecoms experience
• You should be proficient in Microsoft packages
• Experience working to delivery timescales and the confidence to challenge delays in process
• Be adaptable and have experience in handling data
• Good understanding of Wayleaves and the challenges that are present in the delivery of a Fibre network
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Attention to detail and a persistent approach to following up enquiries.
• A team player

Freedom Fibre recognise the service provided by recruitment agencies and as such have a Preferred 2nd tier Supplier List, with whom terms of business have been agreed. Submission of any unsolicited CV's and proposals to Freedom Fibre will be deemed evidence of full and unlimited acceptance of these terms and agreement that these terms are the totality of any commercial or contractual relationship whatsoever in respect of the candidate(s) whose unsolicited CV's were sent.
