Reporting to: Head of B2B
Main purpose of job: The role will be responsible for the delivery of FTTP revenue using 1Gbps to 10Gbps and ethernet business services into the business marketplace. This will be achieved via the recruitment of ISP, wholesale partners, value added resellers, connectivity aggregators and other new routes. You will also be responsible for business customer engagement including presenting at business conferences, local engagement and awareness sessions into business parks close to or within our build programme.
Key Result Areas:
- Actively recruit new partners in all relevant fields in order to develop your sales funnel
- Explore new routes and channels of opportunity in order to promote our services.
- Manage your sales funnel by partner to allow forecasting into the business.
- Onboard, train and coach existing partners to enable them to sell our services successfully and compliantly.
- Assist in end customer sales activity with a partner including customer visits and marketing out-reach to assist in the sales revenue target.
- Ensure that partners are maintaining all compliance standards as required.
- Maintain all partner records in any CRM or similar systems that Freedom Fibre provides.
- Manage partner targets and prepare business plans to ensure that targets are achieved.
- Attend business conferences and drop-in events in order to bring awareness to the local business community.
- Record the wholesale competitive landscape and feed prices and other relevant key information including incentives into head office for benchmarking to ensure that we are priced competitively.
Relevant Experience:
- 12 months sales experience (essential)
- 12 Months experience in channel/partner (desirable)
- Telecom/connectivity industry background (desirable)
- Alternative network experience (desirable)
